1. Booking & Deposits<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

  • All bookings require a non-refundable deposit<\/strong> to secure your appointment.<\/p><\/li>

  • Deposits will be deducted from the final cost<\/strong> of your tattoo.<\/p><\/li>

  • Payment must be made in full on the day<\/strong> of your tattoo session.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    2. Cancellations & Rescheduling\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance<\/strong> to reschedule without losing your deposit.<\/p><\/li>

    • No-shows or late cancellations<\/strong> will result in a lost deposit.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      3. Payments<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      • Final payment is due on the day of your appointment<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

      • Prices are based on size, detail, and time required<\/strong>. Quotes are estimates and may change.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        4. Health & Safety<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        • You must be 18+ years old<\/strong> to get tattooed.<\/p><\/li>

        • Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities<\/strong> before your appointment.<\/p><\/li>

        • We maintain strict hygiene standards<\/strong> and use sterilized equipment for every client.<\/p><\/li>

        • If you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol<\/strong>, service will be refused and your deposit forfeited.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          • Tattoos are permanent, and by proceeding, you acknowledge this risk.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

          • Our studio is not responsible for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare or undisclosed health issue<\/span>s.<\/b><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            6. Tattoo Design & Artwork<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            • All designs remain the intellectual property<\/strong> of the artist.<\/p><\/li>

            • Custom artwork is created specifically for you and may not be replicated elsewhere.<\/p><\/li>

            • Minor adjustments can be made, but major redesigns<\/strong> may require an additional fee.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
